The Games People Play
Some
with a distinctive edge in life like to test the waters, which control the
emotions others. We all know who we are, since you cannot lie to yourself. I am not writing
this to be self righteous, because at some point in all lives we share the same
faults, but the key is to allow some to learn from mistakes of ourselves and
others. Never be
someone that is not true to your nature just to be accepted. When you look back
in time they were never truly your friends, just acquaintances passing thru your
life. Are you a pawn manipulated by those you thought might need you? Have you
revolved your life around others for acceptance, when in the end they though of
you as the patsy or fool? What about those on top due to the right place and
time? Don’t ever
think you are the salvation of change, because mankind has a way to humble you,
rejection. When teaching, pick the battles you can win as opposed to knocking
down the entire wall. Many will try, but most only chip away small fragments of
the massive wall due to ego. Savvy at the right time wins, as the wall crumbles
before him with his soft, but often true words. We were place on Earth not to
please mankind, but to live with him. To provide and guide for those we love,
but not become a part of the game. The trick is to use our talents for change in
the world, while not raising anxiety of all around us. As times become tense in
the future we will weigh many options in life. Will we sell out to mankind with
their false promises as all systematically falls piece-by-piece or will we have
faith in who we truly work for, God?
